Terms of Service

Terms apply to TidyDesk and all of its associated products and names, including TidyDesk App, TidyDesk Tool, TidyDesk Viewer, Desktap (collectively, the “Tidy Desk” ecosystem).

Core Terms

1. License Grant: Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive license to use TidyDesk on the number of “Host Machines” specified in your plan.
2. Prohibited Use: You agree not to use TidyDesk for any illegal activities, including unauthorized network scanning or “middle-man” attacks.
3. Security: While TidyDesk utilizes Atomic Event Architecture and hardware-backed encryption, you are responsible for maintaining the physical security of your devices.
4. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
