Core Terms

1. License Grant: Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive license to use Tidy Desk on the number of “Host Machines” specified in your plan.
2. Prohibited Use: You agree not to use Tidy Desk for any illegal activities, including unauthorized network scanning or “middle-man” attacks.
3. Security: While Tidy Desk utilizes Atomic Event Architecture and hardware-backed encryption, you are responsible for maintaining the physical security of your devices.
4. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
